Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as when you submit the contact form (name, email, company and message) or use the live chat on the contact page (name, email and the messages you send). We may also process limited technical data needed to operate and secure the site (for example IP address used briefly for abuse/rate-limiting, and browser type). Analytics identifiers are collected only if you consent to analytics cookies.
How We Use Your Information / Lawful Bases
Contact enquiries and live chat: we process your details under legitimate interests (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) to review and reply to B2B requests. We do not use the contact form or chat for marketing emails. Analytics cookies: processed only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw at any time via Cookie settings. Site security and essential preferences: legitimate interests / necessity to provide the service you request.
Information Sharing & Processors
We do not sell personal information. We use service providers that process data on our instructions: Hostinger (website hosting/infrastructure); Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC (Google Analytics 4, only if you consent); and our email/SMTP provider used to deliver contact-form messages to our inbox. These providers act as processors or independent controllers as described in their own policies.
International Transfers
Some providers (notably Google Analytics, when enabled) may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK/EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. The website is served over HTTPS.
Data Retention
Contact-form messages are retained for up to 2 years for business correspondence, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required (for example a legal claim). Live chat transcripts are kept for up to 24 hours on the site, or deleted sooner if you end the conversation; a record of the enquiry may be kept in our operations systems for up to 2 years. Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings (typically up to 14 months for reporting data) when analytics consent is given. Consent choice cookies are kept for 12 months.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR and, where applicable, EU GDPR and Brazil’s LGPD, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing).
